The representatives of Russia marked that the Russia and Belarus Union is the "Illegal organization" and "it is not serious to speak about the Union" without Ukraine. Gdlyan named the sovereignty of the former USSR republics as "myth". According to him, that myth was initiated in the situation, existing in the USSR by the end of the eighties.
