Ukrainian Summer Sailing Games
The participant on the competition is flying on the Olympic "Mistral" class sailing board during the Races of the All-Ukrainian Summer Sailing Games (Monday, September 6, 1999, Sebastopol). The Games are conducted under the patronage of the President of Ukraine. The 197 yachtsmen from the 14 region of Ukraine compete on the 110 yachts in the 11 yacht classes.
